Location of Project Graduation: Chesterfield Family Center
Tickets: The cost is $5. Tickets will be purchased in the financial office starting 5/2/22 and will go through the seniors’ last day in the building, which is 5/11/22. If a student needs financial assistance with purchasing a ticket, please visit the main office.
Transportation: In order to attend Project Graduation you MUST ride the bus from Glendale to Chesterfield Family Center, and back. No exceptions.
Events: Hypnotist, DJ, Casino Games, Swimming, Basketball, Movies, Photo Booth, Karaoke, Climbing Wall, Washers, and Corn Hole.
Prizes: Gift cards to Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Andy’s Lululemon, Best Buy, Target, AND MORE! Also Bluetooth Speakers, AirPods, TVs, Laptops, Yetis, Google Mini’s, AND MORE!
Food: Our gracious donors have donated plenty of food and drinks for you to enjoy at Project Graduation.
Travel Process:
1. Students must show up at Glendale around 10:20 pm and meet in the main gym. Bring your swimsuit and towel.
2. Students should park in the south parking lot and the southwest parking lot.
3. We will load the buses at around 10:30 pm. Before every student gets on the bus, their bags will be searched.
**There will not be much room for storage at Chesterfield, so leave big bags in your car.
4. We will leave Glendale around 10:45 pm.
**If you do not ride the bus from Glendale you cannot attend Project Graduation.
5. We will arrive at Chesterfield at around 11:00 pm and start the celebration.
6. We will load the buses from Chesterfield Family Center around 3:20 am, and will leave Chesterfield around 3:40 am.
7. We should return to Glendale around 4:00am.
