Neal Casper

Neal Casper has been working in the commercial construction industry as a construction project manager for over thirteen years and has specialized in construction-related accessibility in commercial facilities for the past six years.

Neal is both a California Certified Access Specialist and a California licensed California General Contractor. He is also a Certified by the International Code Council as an Accessibility Inspector & Plans Examiner. He has performed accessibility inspections at hundreds of retail facilities through-out California. See Services.

Neal is an experienced project manager. He has personally managed the entitlement, permitting and construction of many new retail buildings throughout southern California. He currently serves as the president of Casper Development Resources, Inc. a firm specializing in providing development solutions to retail clients including accessibility consulting and construction management of commercial projects. Prior to launching Casper Development Resources, Inc., Neal was a Construction Project Manager for McDonald’s Corporation, specializing in construction management, new store development and zoning and entitlement. He was also a Construction Project Manager for San Diego County Credit Union, specializing in new branch development and project and facilities management.
